With a professional background in mental health and a personal journey in overcoming chronic illness, Marina brings a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and practical strategies into her coaching practice which has built in the last 15 years.

Marina's work focuses on empowering individuals and organisations to navigate the cycle of stress, burnout and the prevalence of chronic illness in modern times. She offers workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group sessions, as means to help to foster resilience, optimize well-being, and create sustainable change.
