Merchants through its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), called Ask Nelson, provides access to professional counselling for its employees and their immediate family members.

The purpose of the Ask Nelson Employee Assistance Program is to provide constructive assistance in the form of confidential counselling and support to employees and their dependents.
