You may choose to join the Funeral Policy covered by Sanlam. You may also elect to add up to 4 parents/parent-in-law, if they are under the age of 75 when cover first commences.

Update Funeral Forms

Please ensure you complete and update your Funeral Form regularly, ensure the form is completed fully with all supporting documentation and given to your HR person for submission. Do not submit directly to Sanlam or Alexander Forbes.

Exit Option

Understanding the process to elect to continue with your funeral cover in your personal capacity once you have left the company, you will need to complete the Exit Cover Application and send it directly to Sanlam to process.
